God Forbid - Seattle 07/08/2001
I'd better admit right away that I had never heard God Forbid before seeing them play at this show. To me it seemed as though they were just another band in the In Flames/Dark Tranquillity/The Haunted school. I will make sure to get some of their studio work before I pass final judgment on them. They did put on a good show and seemed to be very proficient at what they do. People who were fans were into the music and seemed to have a great time, which is what really matters. All in all God Forbid put on a decent show, it's just that there wasn't anything really memorable.
