Caligula

Was wondering if anyone out there can point me in the direction of where I can find imported versions of this movie.. I'm looking for the dutch double disc and whatever else I can get my hands on. I checked e-bay and came up with nothing :(.... I also want the documentary that was released with the ...

I liked it. I wasn't jumping and screaming like the audience was but all in all I thought it was cool. The pacing stayed true to the original it was a more literate piece than your average remake.

If it were up to me the episode would be on heavy rotation once a month and before every new season begins BUT it's not. I can't say I blame Comedy Central, Paramount has a fairly large stake with them and Cruise is sleeping with all the Paramount executives. Probably the best thing to happen to thi...

The OMEN REMAKE is clearly cashing in on the date it's being released. If you ask me it's a pretty ingenious marketing ploy and as long as the film doesn't come out with a PG-13 rating, like an idiot I will probably end up seeing it. I do agree with Chris, the first one is AWESOME and if anything th...

I don't have dates but here's what I've seen this year so far along with my personal ratings: ANATOMY OF HELL - * EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE - **1/2 - it held my interest. MA MARE - * - Could very well be a horror movie, sick and twisted shit. BRIDE OF FRANK - 1/2 SIXTEEN TONGUES - **** DAY OF THE DEAD ...

NetFlix: 2006

I'm going through my NetFlix queue and noticed a pretty sad list of great horror films. I'm either going blind or just can't find any. If there are any members out there and would like to add me as your netflix friend, drop me an e-mail here and I'll add ya'. I'm starved for blood and guts! :metalhe...

It wouldn't surprise me if this was a cheese-ball marketing tool for Showtime to sell the DVD set when it comes out.

Request: Where to find...

Now that the BOOTLEG thing is pretty much deterating and being that I don't download stuff A) I'm paranoid B) I didn't spend $8,000 on an editing suite to download illegal crap. So here's my request: I've ordered from SUPER HAPPY FUN and they are "okay" but I was wondering if there are any...

I couldn't even sit through the first one. It was so freaking boring with just a few cool scenes in it.

It must be like the FRIDAY THE 13th of Asia, they just keep pounding them out cause' people see them.

I just blind bought Your Vice Is An Unlocked Door and Only I Have The Key , I think it was my first experience watching a Martino movie. What a weird flick. It has some of the most intelligent and at the same time silly dialogue I've ever experienced. The plot makes no sense (another loosely based e...

Was Stendhal Syndrome done after Trauma? If so, Stendhal is a really good movie... and Sleepless wasn't that bad... Phantom and The Card Player though were total stinkers!! I kinda' dug The Card Player and Sleepless.. Totally must agree with you on PHANTOM, man that was dreadful. Anyone pick up the...

Watched this last night and I have to give it props, it really surprised me. Beautiful scenery and backdrop, big fat redneck inbred killers and a good score somewhat similiar to Friday The 13th but it works. The ending was a bit weird for me with the chicky boo and her hand and a guys throat and......

Speaking of Ittenbach, I recently watched his "Beyond The Limits" which could certainly be called extreme. I think that and Premutos were the only two films of his I've seen and both were legitimate bloodbaths. Captured For Sex 2 is great, but as the title would imply, it's a sex film. Ro...

Nope. Not even I checked out the RETURN sequels on Sci-Fi. Figure if they've got any juice at all, I'll watch the uncut DVDs. The last time I watched a Sci-Fi "original?" Something called SNAKE KING with Eric Roberts. Well, go back and read Latte's post on the snake stuff. You know, every...

I like the album alot the only problem I have with it is that's it's probably the only record in the NIN catalog where I have trouble really digging it on my headphones... Kinda' weird.

Did anyone get the DOWNWARD SPIRAL in SACD? Man that things freaking amazing!

Saw it last night, waiting Remo's thoughts.. here's how I felt or "think" I felt. Perhaps it's denial. I still don't know how I feel about it. The first act felt so pointless and the film didn't start to fit into place until the second half. There was something missing from this film, perh...

I've gone through about three Cyberhome CH 500 players, still keep one as a spare and I had a CH 300 that lasted for a day. I bought a Pioneer 363 for region free and have never been happier. It cost a few extra bucks but in my opinion was well worth it. As for suggestions on were to buy discs, I've...

I just read in FANGO that the "Luther The Geek" transfer is for shit but what from Troma isn't?

They're putting out a 21st Anniversary Toxic Avenger disc.. This should be interesting.

I heard somewhere that they weren't doing so well.. anyone confirm this?
