Indeed, the Diamond disc is the same as the unrated Vestron release. There is no longer version to be found. Grindhouse are currently working on a nice DVD of it, which should be out before too long (last I heard it's their next release).

The PREMUTOS DVD doesn't have subtitles, contrary to what I was initially told by the head of Shock-O-Rama. It does, however, contain a goofy English dub track done by J.R. Bookwalter and pals.
