How can you pull a movie for being too violent when it's in what is supposed to be an "indie" horror arena. Stupid! It's like when I worked at a movie theater and people were walking out of Natural Born Killers because it was too violent... like you could not judge by the title and directo...

Horrorfest

So, I came here to see which movies in this years "fest" were worth checking out and am surprised to see no one talking about it. Is there none worth seeing? Is everyone boycotting? I don't really have money to see more than one or two and last year I apparently made all the wrong decision...

Ditto. But if the Doc liked it... fuck, I just may have to see it now.

Maybe that was an Auburn thing. They kicked out a lot of kids but I thought at least one of them was with a parent. Maybe the little fella was just with his great big basketball playin girlfriend or something.

Why is everyone talking in past tense?! It's running through Tuesday, so you have plenty of time. I saw Penny Dreadful in Auburn tonight. Movie was OK, it had it's moments but was pretty slow. The theater was really hard core about kids being in there. I guess they are all considered NC17 so they we...

Pee your pants funny, alright. I did miss a bunch because people were in hysterics so I will probably have to see it again. I didn't know he was the french guy either! So, obviosuly some of it was totally planned, some a little less planned, but has anyone heard the rumors that the frat boys are sui...

REALLY? I almost watched that last night too. I only watched a few minutes and then couldnt handle the dubbing anymore. I would have rather them do subtitles, I can only handle the dub if in the right mood. So, you think that they find little white girls to fake a Japanese accent to make it more &qu...

I pretty much agree with all you said..... The first half was great, I jumped a lot and was on the edge of my seat... but when they tried to have the one "sentimental" scene, I nodded off a bit and from that point forward my attention was gone. It was creepy enough in the beginning that I ...

LOl. I am sure that their live performance is very different than Roxette, not that it wouldn't be killer to hear "She's Got the Look" live!! Woo! SKM does an AMAZING live show. I wasn't into their CDs half as much before seeing them live. They have an overwhelmingly strong presence, Anisa...

I didn't even know that they started recording again. They took quite a long break when Roderick and Anisa went to NY and after I quit seeing Ben (drummer) around I kind of dropped out of the loop. I will have to catch up a bit, the additions have to just make the sound HUGE. Either of you ever see ...

The lovers spat above me notwithstanding, was that cool or what? The montage of kills was worth the price of admission alone! Yes, it was indeed priceless!!! Seeing the movie on the big screen was great, it brought out a lot that I didn't really remember focusing on when I saw it before, i.e.: the ...

Anyone else going to the showing of the original Nightmare movie with the montage of kills??? Am I the only one that is REALLY excited for this??

It's only in Everett and Auburn, but I figure it's worth the drive!
