Dude, I've grew up in a biker family & spent years playing in biker bars. Do the gig because it will be a blast. Trust me.

Here's a pretty good writeup from one of the engineers from the "Black Album." Pretty inciteful.

Although the GHIII definately sound better, who cares? The retail version could be better, but it's not "St. Anger" horrible. In general, "Death Magnetic" has some great songs on it & that's all I care about.

Well, this isn't even White Lion. It's Mike Tramp + guests. How can anyone call this White Lion without Vito Bratta on guitar? SERIOUSLY?

Got a downloaded version of the album & I'm actually impressed! As usual, the singles aren't the best stuff on the album. There are some real gems on here though. It's definately the best thing since the Black album. Old school Metallica fans owe it to themselves to give this album an honest shot. I...

Well, it's not bad...but it ain't great either. I'm glad that they ditch the St. Anger format. I'll reserve my overall judgement when I have the chance to listen to the entire album a few times. As always with post-1990 Metallica, time will tell on this one.

Honestly, who didn't see this coming? This no doubt sucks for Daniel & I feel for him. However, seeing as how pioneer square has steered away from live music & people not going out as much (thank you crappy ecomony), it was only a matter of time. Unfortunately, DJs will always be a cheaper alternati...

$42 for El Corazon? Jeez, that's lame. I wish this was in a bit larger venue.

CARCASS is one of my favorite bands EVER, so I'll problably still go. If not, hey, I already got to see them in the prime for Necroticism & the Heartwork tours. ;)

I finally got to watch mine this weekend. Love it! Seriously, the way this DVD set is layed out (3hr complete history, full disc of bonus footage & full disc of live footage) is fantastic. This should be the standard other band DVDs should live up to.
