I think it's that he's more focused. Primus is a rock band while everything else he does is more from a jam band stand point.

It's no secret that they run the meth business in the northern counties. They also handle a lot of stolen vehicles. You don't want to attract their attention, especially around Granite Falls. GULP! The main reason I ask is..... one of them bought a t-shirt and CD and asked if we play private partie...

Banditos?

Does anyone here have information or personal experiences with the Banditos? My Cash tribute band played a tavern in Snohomish and a large group of them showed up. The next day some people told me they left when they came in because they made them nervous. I guess I assumed they were like today’s He...

Can you say STUNT?

Hello? It worked.

Not only did it get him on local T.V., but all kinds of bleeding hearts have posted this link around the net. T-man is almost a household name.

His dad (or whoever) did a great job.

LOL ... oh I dont think it'll EVEN compare the "mastery" of Frank on vocals and Stump/Liam on guitars. ;) I don't know why you assume I'M singing that song. It clearly says the name "Poncho Lopez". As for "BROKE BACK".... Ever listen to the words in that song? "Roll me over and turn me around" "Rol...

Mistery of the glowing speaker

So, I have an AMPEH SVT and an AMPEG 6X10. I was playing the other day (digging in hard with a pick) when I noticed the top two speakers would "glow" around the parameter when I would overdrive the amp on certain notes. The part that was lighting up was the flexible part of the speaker and it was on...

Any musician who thinks they are good enough to record in a real studio (or the basment studio down the street) should learn to play to a click.

It really should be part of learning music.

It speeds the recording process up and will give you a better result.
