My brother in law who lives with me has a game cube, and he has that handheld little thing. We also have a old school nintendo set up in the livingroom and everybody always wants to play it when they come over. Nothing beats a little old school mario session. BTW - I could kick all your asses at Tet...

AEon Flux

Saw it yesterday. It was better than I thought it was going to be. The futuristic action stuff is pretty cool, and I really think Charlize is H.O.T. with black hair. I really liked all the sets, they look like they were fun to think up, since it's set in like 2400 or something like that. I hadn't se...

That's an interesting prediction about rap. It definitely has changed and become somewhat of a joke in the mainstream aspect, but I don't think true hip hop will ever go out. Hip hop or r&b and old school rap has been around since the 80's or even earlier. It's 2005. 25 years? I don't think it's...

Yep, I did that same thing on the same game even. I had started a new game also and saved it in the wrong slot, then I was confused or something and saved it again, so then I had two new games saved in the same place. Dur!

Corpse Bride

Who's going to see it? I'm excited :D

(Does anyone know of a midnight showing anywhere tonight? - I'd rather see it without all the kids and young teens)

Yeah, I really liked it a lot more than I thought I was going to. It's VERY loosely based on a true story. I'm sure someone just took an interesting news article and turned it into their version of a movie, so it was kinda cheezy to me at the end when they sum up what each character "went on t...

When I said "children" above, I didn't mean like little kids. To people who have had a child, the child will always be that person's "child" no matter how old they are. ;) Anyway, what I was saying is that if people with offspring teach their offspring values, then their offspri...

Not to mention you can pick up hookers and have lame ass sex with them without a "cheat code." And then you can shoot them in the face and get all your money back. The game is just straight-up cold, and that's a fact. BUT I think if people teach their children values , they'll know it's j...

Saw the screening last Tuesday, and though I agree with most of you, I didn't really like the Oompa Loompa(s). The fact that it's one dude multiplied a bunch of times just made it too 'special effect'-y for me. My brain can't grasp that every Oompa Loompa can look the same. (And I liked the orange f...

And nobody will think that the American DARK WATER is a patch on THE RING. But those who bother to watch both of them will still probably take DARK WATER over RING TWO. I saw "The Ring" 1 and 2, recently borrowed "The Grudge" from a friend, and just saw "Dark Water" on...

I haven't seen the Xbox version, but my brother just beat the PS2 version the other day. The end is pretty cool, and quite a long mission. It's a rare occasion that a game is as fun to watch as it is to play. I like in the review that Drew posted the guy says if you meet someone who has 100% finish...
