I never play it and it's just taking up space. It's like having a pet but never paying any attention to it. It needs an active loving home. :)

Nope, we started talks last year.

Got snagged on some minor details and worked out the kinks.

Now we are moving forward and getting it done.

We were approached by PIG at the end of 2007.

It's never a good idea to rush out and just sign papers.
