I'm with Chris on this. First few times I saw this, I thoroughly enjoyed it but my last viewing (fuck, about 1998) went sour when I lost patience with Ollie's complete wankery.

I was under the impression that BLOW OUT was a remake of BLOW UP. I've never seen BLOW UP so I can't say how much DePalma's film differs (other than the change in the protagonist's profession).
