The front of the ship fell off

On August 19th 2007, an oil tanker off the coast of Australia
split in two, dumping 20,000 tons of crude oil. Senator Collins, a
member of the Australian Parliament, appeared on a TV news program
to reassure the Australian public. This actual interview is so
funny, you'd swear it was a 'Saturday Night Live' skit.

It just proves... Once a politician, always a politician!

Enjoy!

Reminds me a bit of "who's on first". I can't believe that is a real interview.

The footage looks a bit old to be from 2007

There was a reason I couldn't believe it was real... because it's not:
snopes
Pretty funny though.

Very funny indeed. The sad thing is that ending message that politicians are like that else where. . . well unfortunately here GW isn't a SNL or Monty Python skit. :D
