I am now officially Licensed, bonded, and insured (Lic #: THSERHS924QF) in my own Remodel/Handyman business.
It is called T & H Services.
We do all types of residential remodel work, decking, fencing, framing, sheetrock, painting, appliance repair and installs, complete remodels, such as bath, kitchen, basement, garages, etc, etc, etc.
Electrical, plumbing, etc.
And Handyman type repairs!
If you don't see it above, ask. I can probably do it. Professional work, neat and clean.
$35 an hour (two hour minimum) no service charges, or fees.

Actually, one has to be certified for residential home inspections for sale or purchase purposes, so I wouldn't be able to do that. I can come and check everything for you and make recommedations, but it won't be official. Sorry bro.

Tim, we do a lot of sub work up in Seattle because we hate the drive. Hit me up on the work phone 253-548-7180, and I'll tell ya what we need ya to fax down to be a sub. We get a lot of Albert Lee installs up that way....
