I thought the reverberations of the drum cymbals was pretty amazing. Looked like it was made of rubber. Beautiful!

Agreed. I especially thought it was funny that BOTH James and Rob threw the horns... with their thumb out.

I laughed AT them several times, (not with) but I did think the slow-mo of the instruments was cool. Especially the cymbals, like I said.

lame thing is, they already (in a previous episode) did the cymbal thing, with another drummer. This was blatant Metallica propaganda to keep them relevant. But that's a different topic. Anyway...there was nothing worthwhile in that segment. I like Metallica. Kinda like this newest record too. But that was a waste of a lot of expensive film.

Exactly, except it was one of the world's fastest drummers (Mike Mangini) not that lame POS Lars ... total marketing campaign.

JUST watched it, and frankly...

the chainsaw & dirt bike segments were 1000 times more interesting than those geriatric hacks. Seriously, Trujillo? You can't blow your bass cab to smithereenies? The guys from Coldplay could go through dozens of cocks in the time it took you to attempt that stunt, and you're STILL gayer than they are!
