Just thought I'd point out that the temp sign at the gas station up the road here in Vegas sez 112 - but it's a dry heat :D

They expect it to cool down to 106 later in the week...

I've heard that the Chile Pepper Restaurant is a major terrorist target. Personally, I'd recommend sushi. Safer. Much safer.

Bellingham came extremely close to 100% humidity last Saturday when the thunderstorm rolled in. Everything was sticky and nasty :cool:

Not nearly as bad now though. I'll take heat over humidity any day!

I had sushi tonight across the street @ Sushi Maki. The place is literally a 10' x 10' hole in the wall. NO terrorist in their right mind would touch that place. And thank god for that...

My girlfriends grandma was talking to her friend and said "Its so hot!" and her Grandma's friend replied "Nooo, not hot, its soooo waaaaaarm." (their Vietnamese) Apparently some foreigners think that hot means "Daaaaaaaamn shes hot" and not "Its so fucking hot outside".... I lol'd ... ... :(
