what happened to everyone that used to post on here? where did all the ramblings, news, and Ryan bashing go? There has to be something going on in the northwest somewhere.

Because you turn anything that anyone says turns into an anti-Obama rant. This board used to be a source of a lot of fun reading. Now it's just threads about how Obama sucks and other political BS.

Yeah, but the political rants are quite lame. The ones about how so-and-so's band sucks balls, how Ryan is a rump-wrangling shitcock, how so-and-so is a pubehead, how I am better than all of you neanderthals because I am a vegan, etc... Those rants kicked ass. Paul Crisman's rants were...well... interesting too.

I honestly think that making the board only readable to logged in members isn't helping anything. I stumbled onto this board one day and would have never found it if it were entirely hidden to the public.

And yes... We need Ophidian back.

Yeah, well, unless Ophie plans on doing another beer commercial parody, he can stay lost, so far as I'm concerned. I feel pretty well full-up on my Civil War/Anal Sex/Woman Bashing. And, well, Paul won't be posting much -- just sayin'. It would seem that the only things we have to discuss without the above are how we feel about Obama and Curious George, and what we're reading at present. You know what? I think we all need a good hobby!

Good thought. I've made everything except for the "Ryan is the Biggest Faggot" forum read only for unregistered.

Seriously, no one posts shit for shows on this site hardly, no more band bashing, J-lo gay loving, absolutely nothing on here. The Oph rants were always good, same with DF's love of calling me a klansman, or the rants of Vish, and most of all the long winded bs from that Blonde Hewitt ave streetwalker Jody. This site used to rule all with the misc. shit on here, but the past few months it has dwindled to almost nothing.

Like everything trendy on the internet, there is a limited shelf life to how long a site will continue to hold people's attention. I've lurked about since '03, and I'm frankly quite surprised the community has existed for going on 8(?) years.
Admittedly, our friend NME666 kept things lively.
The events of March 9, 2005 were certainly the precursor to the decline, followed shortly by the the SMO death thread-- it was just a matter of time after that.
