It's true, Phil Anselmo is retarded. Has anyone seen the video where he talks about the death of dimebag? He is literally drooling all over himself! The years of him doing heroin didnt help his brain damage much, and it is a fact that he does have brain damage. He has actually died 3 times, which is a fact, and has lost alot of oxygen to his brain. No wonder he couldnt even sing like he used to, and he has to say Fuck every other word, which is a sign of low intelligence. He should of died! I dont think anyone knows this, but its about time the truth gets out!

yea I saw that video, it was...um....wierd. almost seemed like he was faking it or something, but you never know, he might just act like that.... one thing is for sure though, he did make an ass of himself.

Anselmo is a retard for many reasons. The first of which is his squandering of a good singing voice. The second is his dope-ridden stupidity such as the aforementioned video about Dimebag, as well as the MTV-2 thing he did last year or the year before where he hosted an hour or 2 of his favorite videos, and he was so stoned out of his mind he could barely put 2 syllables together. The third reason is because he jumped on the black metal bandwagon, started a black metal side project and started wearing Darkthrone shirts ONLY after black metal had gained exposure and popularity. Plus he's been ripping off Exhorder's vocal sound for about 15 years. Phil Anselmo is a giant douche.

He claims to have been into black metal in the 80's, and he did always wear a Venom shirt, that's all I know. I remember in one interveiw a few years back he claims to have "metalized"pantera by having them listen to venom, destruction, and all that. So about him getting into black metal just to make it popular i dont know, and Eibon have a good song (not mirror soul jesus, I dled it a long time ago and it said it was by Eibon, the song was called the Garden of Therosporous or something like that, if you know who that really is, please tell) He should roll over and rot

I still got respect for Phil, and I like what he has been doing with music post-Pantera. There are a lot of people that still respect Phil and Danzig. I can't stand Danzig, but that's because I think that all of the music that he has ever done (sans Black Aria) has been absolutely horrible. I do dig Superjoint Ritual and I was litening to Down before I heard Pantera. It's fucked up that he had to talk so much shit about Dimebag before he died, but I think he is sincere in his sorrow, but I believe that Phil has probably learned his lesson about shit talking, somewhat anyway. I hear Dave Mustaine is even being nice to people since Dime's death.

I only like "Cowboys from Hell", and some of "Vulgar Display of Power" but most of the other stuff I'm just not into anymore. I think I like Cowboys from the hell the most because it was more classic heavy metal then what they became later on, which is more of a groove metal band, which I can't get into. Overall though I can't even think of the last time I listened to Pantera. On the other hand I can't stand Superjoint Ritual, the music actually annoys the hell out of me, can't explain exactly why it just really irratates me. I went to Ozzfest last year too (got cheap tickets, otherwise I wouldn't of) and during Superjoints set, Phill was saying how Superjoint is at the front of this new wave of metal or something. It was ridiculious to say the least, and made Superjoints set even more annoying to watch.

yeah well, he's a fuckin' idiot. Can't even sing anymore, that's for sure.
