Their songs are replicated hooks and melodies that have been sung and played 23492384 times by much better bands. So yeah, they're not original. They're not talented. Their songs are overrated and something only a 13 yr old angst monger could love and please die all of you. Thanks.

Also, you obviously have POOR taste in music. How are Linkin Park talented in many ways? Wow, those 1-finger chords and stupid ass lyrics only middle schoolers (like you) could enjoy are real talent! Thank you, though, for completely fulfilling the purpose of this thread. A friend lamented about the fact that she's afraid to post music she likes here out of fear of beratement by the music nazis. So, this thread was started as a test. You passed. Congratulations.

That's a load of bullshit, you love Linkin Park and that's why you made the thread. Sorry, but it's music that you like, and fans like you that are destroying music today. Now the "face" of music is bands like the forementioned Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, and all these other stupid indie and pop bands that claim to be original but just make a mockery of music. All the radio stations are flooded with that crap, and it's the people like you that keep this disease alive by supporting it. Music nazi? HEIL! That's a great concept, all those bands should be gassed

Who can resist? The hip-hop wiggers in that band, and those lovely sonnets they play with the crushing guitars and furious drums,the technical DJ and the pre-puberty mindset lyrics, so emotionally open and candid, every one should love Linkin Park!

haha and oh, the quote by miles davis that you have as a signature totally contradicts what you say about Linkin Park (claiming they are "original")

I listen to and enjoy Linkin Park but I also support a wider variety of Metal. . .Death, Black, Grind, Thrash, Black, Nu. . . as well as a wider variety of music . . .broaden your horizons hon, it might do wonders for you. . .

It's elitists (if you really could qualify for that I don't know just yet) like you that destroy it. . .deal with it, if it wasn't for some of the "water downed" version of metal. . .some of the harder bands wouldn't even have a chance to get through the door that some of these bands have opened for this genre of music. . .

how are you a poser for liking a certian type of music? by the way, what are some bands you consider real music.

Jenzu- I am ignorant and close minded? Not all, you tit squeeze, I have heard Linkin Park's entire catalogue enough times to judge thier shit music.

What I consider real music is Musicians who create great music through originality, and play more than just stupid 1-chord notes. I listen to music as far back as Kiss, The Dregs, Hendrix, to Enochian Crescent, Danzig, Darkthrone, and others.

Mercyful Fate/King Diamond, thats an example of REAL, GOOD music.

i think most of those are over-rated. kiss is just as simplistic as a bunch of nu-metal bands.does it mean your a poser? no, ....it means your a human being with a mind of his own and most humans have likes and dislikes. yeah i think lincoln park blows but i also think kind diamond sounds like a little girl.

King Diamond a little girl? Do you even play an instrument or sing? And singing in the shower doesn't count. Don't be jealous because your vocal and musical abilities don't even come close to Diamond's and never will. And Kiss simplistic? Obviously you have not heard the whole kiss Catalogue, maybe only a few songs, but the scales and solo's they rip put your stupid ass Linkin Park, Nu-Metal and Indie bands to fuckin shame. MAy I suggest the first Kiss album, alongside Revenge to prove that.

first off, don't be offended when i comment on your musical taste, its not a personal attack.....i promise. and yes i do play intruments and sing, not the same style of singing, so obviousley i won't be as "good" as diamond (weren't you the one saying people need to be original anyways?) and no i havn't heard the whole kiss cataloge, i've heard enough to make "my" opinion on them. and last, you are a dumbass {dumbass quote} your stupid ass Linkin Park, Nu-Metal and Indie bands {/dumbass quote} quit assuming.
