Prodigy

Does anyone listen to them?

I have the usual three: Firestarter, Breath, and Smack My Bitch Up and want more to listen and run to. . .

Any suggestions??

All of those are off the album "Fat of the Land". That whole album kicks ass.

I also HIGHLY recommend their album "Music for a Jilted Generation". It's not as commercial as "Fat of the Land", but it's definitely got the killer Prodigy sound.

The first album... Experience has the amazing song Out of Space on it. It's not as "metally" as Fat of the Land... it's more "classic" techno/electronica. Music For A Jilted Generation does have the great song Poison on it...

The new album is okies... there are two songs that feature Juliet Lewis that are really good...

I've had the pleasure of seening Prodigy twice many moons ago... they (or he for that matter) are brilliant!!

If you like Prodigy you may want to check out groups such as:

Atari Teenage Riot
DJ Hive
Emergency Braodcast Network (EBN)

I took my daughter and her friends to see The Prodigy at Mercer Arena in 1998. The show was kickass, but the songs all sounded so similar it was hard to tell when one ended and the next one started.

Fun to dance to, though!

That shit kicks ass Muc! I am burning those 4 songs on a CD right now so I can listen to them on my 900 watt stereo in my truck on the way to work tomorrow.

It reminds me of Skinny Puppy quite a bit.
