Clark I have an idea, I think we should set up a Clark walk to Idaho, it will help your health and maybe you can shed a few pounds. It will be like a benefit walk and be filmed DVD etc. With a finish line celebration

You'll have to fill me in on the music scene.

That is one of the reasons why the band isn't going to dissolve. Who knows how long we will handle it.

well it's been awhile since I've been there, but from what I remember there was a rather good, yet small, scene there. Only places I can think of off the top of my head to go see shows is Bogie's and the Big Easy. I'm sure there's more however, but those are the big 2.

Yeah, I thought so. I used to talk with Conscious and Drawing Flies for a bit but lost contact with both bands.

Hoping at least that the occasional show will happen.

Thanks........need to find the redneck within now. hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa :D

well I know some of the guys in Drawing Flies were also in the band Cry Havoc, and if it's still here Shorty's is a redneck bar in Garden City which is kinda part of Boise, but not really. Mechanical bull and everything. But you can't wear hats in there.

Congrats on the move, Clark. My mom is moving home (back to the Boise area) later this year as well. A large portion of my family is spread over southern Idaho, from small, small farm towns to Boise and the like. I love it over there. The people are generally nicer, It's still got a smallish town feel, even in the city. It's so much less expensive over there, it's rediculous. I'm over there a couple of times a year to visit fam and generally cause drunken trouble downtown. I'd move over there if I wasn't so stuck on this place. You'll enjoy it, I guarantee it. Maybe not forever, but you'll enjoy raising your kids there. People still talk to their neighbors there, and are friendly to people they pass on the street. Make sure that once you get there you take the family on a day trip to Silver City, Idaho. It's an old mining/ghost town and one of my favorite places on earth.

Cool, thank you.

Yeah, I took the family over there once to show them how different things are over there. They were floored when we were looking at houses, that people actually do come out and wave to you. Even stopped and talked with a few people to find out about the schools and area.

I'll just miss my extended family and friends but now I can help get more bands over there for shows, so I can see them. :)

Thanks for the tip on Silver City, my daughter would love that trip. :)

No prob. If you guys move to the "suburbs" check out Nampa. That is my place of birth. :)

Also, here's a link to some website that someone made about Silver City. It's hideous, but you get the idea. If you every go up there on the 4th of July, you'll probably run in to me. :D
