PAL vs NTSC
I recently (and mistakenly) bought a video from an eBay auction in PAL format. Stupid me for not checking with the seller ahead of time, but oh well. Does anyone here have a recommendation for how to obtain either a PAL format VCR or if I can get the tape converted to NTSC? Any info would be helpful. Thanx
