So I rented from Netflix... the teaser of this season's 24... it was just the first 24 min of it.. anyhoo... on it there was a trailer for this film starring Johnny Knoxville...

Plot Summary for
The Ringer (2005)
This comedy is about two guys who decide to rig the Special Olympics to pay off a debt by having one of them, Steve (Knoxville), pose as a contestant in the games, hoping to dethrone reigning champion, Jimmy. Mentally-challenged high jinks and hilarity surely follow.
Umm... anyone else seen this episode of South Park?! Is this an out and out rip off of it or did they sell them the storyline or summtin?
