What can you folks tell me about this one?

Its piqued my curiousity simply because its the second feature from William Wesley, director of that underrated 80's celebration of pitch black lighting and moody music horror, SCARECROWS.

Apparently a couple of FBI agents escorting a witness take the wrong turn and end up being harassed by a quartet of zombie convicts... Hmmmm, cheesy. Could be a blast. Could be.

Lou Diamond Phillips, Steven "Capt. Fuller" Williams and Dick Miller are along for the ride.

Anyone?

Damn, now I'm confused. I've always believed two things:

1) If a movie has Dick Miller, it can't be bad.

2) If a movie has Lou Diamond Phillips, it can't be good.

Looks like one of those "unstopable force/immovable object" scenarios. I'll have to watch this and see what's up.

Can Scarecrows really be called underrated though? Everyone I've ever met who's seen it, likes it. It's just that not too many have seen it.

And what's the deal with the director, I thought he was missing or something? Apparently not.

DylanDog, this Saturday night will be a REAL BLOOD FEAST for you! The Big Hit ruled!

On the other hand, so did Scarecrows. So I'll be looking forward to this one.
