Question about PS2 slim

Post by DrYhEavE »

Does anybody happen to know if there is a backwards compatablity issue with the PSone memory cards on a PS2 slim? The system is in mint condition, but I tried a generic brand memory card and it didn't work, I've been having a bitch of a time finding a Sony brand card. Just wanted to play some of my old PSone RPGs. Anyone know?

Hmm, that is strange. Some of my friends have the slim version and they haven't said anything was wrong with it. Might wanna ask someone at a GameStop or EB Games, they know everything heh.

I found that third party PSone memory cards were incredibly unreliable.
