The Zodiac
Ok this film has recently appeared in theaters and I am not saying it won't be good and that I am not going to see it no I am not saying that at all.
But I am going to say two things one:
I already have a film called Zodiac which I bought at Wal Mart two months ago so in my opinion this film is not new
of course the one I have might be an independent film but it kicks major ass!
and freaked me out in a mind twist sort of way.
two: The Zodiac predicted that a film would be made about him
Because according to sources his final words to the public before disappearing where
"I am waiting for a good movie about me, who will play me?"
"I am now in control of all things."
freakishly cool huh?

There was a movie made about him in the early 70s right after his initial killing spree ended. Less than 1,000 people attended and it only showed in one theater in Cali near where the crimes were commited. Think if you saw that movie in that theater. Then think of the odds of the Zodiac being the person sitting right behind watching it. You know he was there!!chemical boy wrote:Ok this film has recently appeared in theaters and I am not saying it won't be good and that I am not going to see it no I am not saying that at all.

Dude, if that's the same 'Zodiac' I rented at Blockbuster, it is a complete piece of shit, with the exception of some nudity.chemical boy wrote:Ok this film has recently appeared in theaters and I am not saying it won't be good and that I am not going to see it no I am not saying that at all.

I doubt I will see this movie due to the fact he was never caught. I don't really want to support it for that fact. I watched the Bio about it and it made me feel weird when I saw the preview. I know I have watched other horror films about real crimes, but it didn't bother me.....

Nah I think this one is different
No this one has no nudity at all so it can't be the same one.hodgy wrote:Dude, if that's the same 'Zodiac' I rented at Blockbuster, it is a complete piece of shit, with the exception of some nudity.
I suppose my only complaint about the one I have is that it ended a little quickly so I felt a little cheated that is till I saw the end!
Got a bravo from me!

I know that some company released a whole line of serial killer movies a few years back, I bet that is what you saw. They all looked pretty stupid...

I haven't seen the gene or dhmer films but I did see Night Stalker (Richard Rameriez wrong spelling I know but I did see it and it wasn't bad a little hard to follow because there are alot of split scenes and flashes so to speak so it is a bit of an eye strain but it was pretty good
.
To bad I had to pawn it for food money though
damn my need to eat!

Hmm, I don't know Kimberly, I may have to disagree here. Zodiac was my favorite serial killer when I was a kid (did I just say that?). I remember reading a book about him when I was about 9 and it scared the hell outta me. I actuallly tried to decode some of the letters he sent! haha. I guess I was pretty full of myself to think I could do it and the authorities couldn't. If I were gonna scrape up a few dollars to go to the movies this weekend, I think I'd have to see this one.
