A Serbian Film

This was definitely one messed up piece of cinema.

A retired porn star is offered enough money to set him and his family up for life to make one more movie. The only catch is that he is not told anything regarding what the film will be about, just that the cameras will be rolling and he should do what comes naturally. I won't go beyond that but will say that "A Serbian Film" really pushes the boundaries of the horror genre and is one of the most disturbing films I have ever seen. I think what made it so effective was the character development which took up the first 30 minutes of the film.

Check this fucker out if you can handle savage, yet very well made, cinema.
