Latest Godzilla?`

Hey, do anyone of you guys have the any info on the big G's latest flick? As some of you may know, I'm heading back to Tokyo next week and I was hoping to catch this in the theatre, but frankly, I don't even know if it's been released yet or if it's already run it's course, still playing or what?

Also, apparently Hideo Nakata's latest film, Dark Water, is currently playing there so if I get to see it, I'll let you guys know what I think. Apparently it's similar to The Shining only more of a traditional Japanese style ghost story. Also, apparently Pandemonium, a company I've never heard of until now, has already purchased the rights to it with the intention of doing a US remake.

Wow, just realised I used the word "apparently" 3 times.....

It may have just been released on vcd. As for Dark Waters,you may be lucky and still find it in theatres.

Damn, I guess that means I've probably missed the Godzilla.

I read about Dark Water in the the Japan Times online, which is where I read about Kairo before going to see that last year so I'm sure it'll probably still be showing in a few places. Hopefully this year I can find cute little native girl to come translate for me!
