If everyone just chilled out a bit and listened to some rock&roll with their titties out, the scene would be a happier healthier place to be. -Deathboy- 2/28/08

That's Ossie Davis playing John F. Kennedy. I'm gonna pick up the DVD when I get back from ML this weekend.

Good movie, I saw it over a year ago at the Seattle International Film Festival and a couple more times at The Crest last winter,l hence wondering about the "new" part.

My short review can be found here: http://www.shadows.com/mortado/reviews/ ... otep.shtml

I just saw it a little while ago, despite my post this morning. Not bad. I enjoyed it a great deal. My biggest fear was that what I was hearing from everyone that it kind of sucked was true, but it turned out to be surprisingly awesome. Bruce and Ossie are great in it.

That's because most people can't appreciate the awesomeness of Bruce Campbell. If chins could kill indeed... :D

I wanted to see it too, but was lost on who was in it, and what exactly it was about. It does seem that it might be interesting though.

Yes, I've never heard of this "serving sarah". I'll admit Bruce Campbell can be super cheesy- I've seen a dozen cameos of his in lame SciFi movies and series- e.i. that Time Cops show (I think that's the name, something like that) that was pretty bad, but hell, everyone's done SOMETHING lame. But his performance in X-Files- now that was genius hehehe (of course I think that because I'm an X-Files junkie too, but that's ok :D )

My copy arrived yesterday, but I probably won't get around to it till this weekend. Film festival day, today.
