The American Nightmare - A Celebration of Films from Hollywood's Golden Age of Fright

Post by Cowboy From Hell »

Anybody seen this documentary? It first aired on IFC I believe Halloween night 2000. It's a documentary on the horror films of the 60's and 70's, and highlights Night of the Living Dead, Shivers, Last House on the Left, Halloween, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I found it to be a fasanating film and I'm glad it's out on DVD.

I used to have a bootleg of it after it ran on IFC. It's pretty sweet. Definitely a good documentary on American horror. Had no idea it was out on DVD, so now I'm going to have to go get it.
