OXM gives it an 8.0 (after a 9.2 last year)
Gamespot will be lower in their review on Monday, as will other reviewing sites.
Gamerankings already has it below 9.0 on average.

EA Sports ... lemme just say two words to you .... FUCK YOU! Ok.

- You knew this was the last Madden game for this generation of consoles.
- You knew that you had NextGen (Xbox 360) on the horizon.
- You knew you only had to make one version of the game this year. (that's right, Madden 06 is for PS2 and is a port to all other consoles)
- You knew that once you secured the license all you had to do was release a roster update and call it a new game.

I'll be playing ESPN 2k5 from last year until I see the Xbox 360 version. A guy made up a killer roster update for ESPN 2k5 (need Action Replay to install it) so I'm good with the best football game ever made!!! (last years ESPN)

I read the shit and Im just not impressed. But, Ill end up buying the damn thing anyway. Its Madden. Like Metallica, no matter how bad the new Madden is, people will buy it. As will I. Just cant wait for the PS3 to come out so they can make an all new Madden.
