"Gun"

Post by Inearthed »

Anyone played this game? It is sort of a Western single player 3rd person shooter / adventure. I've been having some fun playing through it but the big problem I've come across is that it is shaping up to be too damn short, I've played it like 2 and a half hours and I'm already 33% of the way through the game.

Its out for PC, and I believe XBOX 360, plus some other systems?

Haven't played it yet. My roommate got it for the PS2, but I have been too wrapped up trying to 100% Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. I might check Gun out tonite.

I beat the game on Thursday. Somewhat disappointing that it went so fast and the side missions were a little bit repetative. I think the game style was definitely going in the right direction though, just needed more. Ended with 100% completion percentage.

Seems like most launch titles are SHORT, SHORT, SHORT!

Finished COD2 in about 8 hrs.
Almost done with King Kong 6.5 hrs
I read PDZ is pretty short on single player as well.

Great games though!!!

That's my biggest gripe with most game titles in general. Far too short.

yes, way to short, but I beat the storyline first, and it let me walk around and get my skills up more after I essentially beat the game, seemed pointless to me, but its still fun.....

It's the same with Call of Duty 2:Big Red One.It's a totally awesome game but it's too damn short!

i plan on checking this game out once the price drops. i love western movies, and red dead revolver was fun as hell... gun looks a little bit more racy, which is nice.

This game is great!I'm still surprised that Neversoft made it.It also has famous voice actors like Tom Jane and,Ron Perlmen in it.

finally got a chance to play it last night. the story line sounds good so far... there is definitely a lot of room to improve this game though. im not too down with the way the controls are set up. they need to follow the template of Red Dead Revolver, now that is a kickass game. goddamn i love westerns.

My tidbit of advice is to do all the side missions whenever they're available. Make money and then take that money to upgrade your weapons and such. Also your stats improve thus making the game a lot easier, but at the same time a lot more fun.

Mining gold gets you some good cash in the game you just need to look anywhere that you possibly can to get a lot.Unfortunatly, gold is only about $10.00 wich kinda sucks.

Have you played darkwatch yet?It has a lot to do with cowboys but, there are also zombies and vampires too.Anyhow GUN is the best so far in my opinion.
