Well, I liked it.
THE CARD PLAYER, too.
The only Argento film I thought was an utter fizzle was his PHANTOM OF THE OPERA--sure, some are better than others, but the guy's always been a class act...
...and even if it was "coasting," I enjoyed the in-jokes provided by the "Italian Hitchcock."
Let's put it this way... DO YOU LIKE HITCHCOCK is no DEEP RED, but it stacks up to it better than RAISING CAIN or SNAKE EYES stood up to DRESSED TO KILL...
