Napalm Death ~ Smear Campaign

Post by Evil Red »

So, probably at least one or two of ya have picked this up by now. Goddamn!!!

Napalm just never gets old for me. The title track alone about made me shit my pants. It's so beautifully sludgy and haunting. Christ, it hurts my heart all over again that I'm going to have to miss them live next month for the first time ever. :(
I love it.
Anyone else?

How's the song with Anneke from the Gathering on it?
I have to return some videotapes.

Both songs are killer, but honestly, I'm not very familiar with her or her band. You would be a better judge, I'm sure, in that department. I'll have to look into it.

Actually I'm not much of a fan of The Gathering, I just cringed a little when I had heard she was singing on a Napalm Death song. :D

Ah. Well, that doesn't surprise me. Like I said, I don't know much about them, but I'm super in love with this album.

I think I should put me two cents in here. Cent 1- splooged my pants when I got it. Cent 2- Best record of 2006 or at least that I've heard. They are still fast as fuck, and I'm happy. Just more reason's why I fuck'n love this goddamn band!

It's not bad, not their best effort or the best CD of 2006 I've bought.

But it's Napalm, you can hear the difference without Jesse in the band but they still fucking know how to destroy my stereo.

No, because the best album of 2006 was Dim Mak - Knives of Ice. But now Martyr just put out their new album "feeding the abcess". But that doesn't really count because when Martyr puts out an album it immediately falls into the "best albums ever" catagory.

I doubt that, buddy.

KFed has put out the best release of 2006 with Paris Hilton in close second.
