Probably the 360. It has the extreme graphics performance, but doesn't cost as much as the PS3.
In my opinion, the graphics on even the Gamecube are GOOD ENOUGH. Better graphics after a point don't make the game any more enjoyable. I'll be buying the Wii, and I don't give two shits about the other two. I've always been a big fan of Nintendo's games.

I have a 360. I will get a Wii at launch if I can. I might get a PS3 in two or three years if the price comes down significantly AND IF Blu-Ray wins the HDDVD batle. I think the 360 will be on top for at least a year or two. The PS3 will still end up owning Japan because of their nationalistic lean towards consoles and the fact that it is an "affordble" Blu-Ray player. Remember that for a long time the PS2 was on top in Japan because people bought it as a DVD player with the bonus of playing games
