I remember those games well after working for Sierra for several years. I don't play PC games much at all but I can say there is nothing that compares playwise on consoles :)

I dunno about that....I've played a lot of games on the PC that were hella good. One of my fave games was Operation:Flashpoint...the xbox port of the games sucks....bad. Just remember, every console game was born as a PC game....they just port it over to work on the console.

Yeah. I totally remember playing Super Mario Brothers on the PC way before it came out on the NES. Same thing with Street Fighter. And Dance Dance Revolution. And Resident Evil. And Metroid. And Mega Man.

Seriously? Between this and the comment about old school NES games being better than anything that is out now, I am beginning to feel like I am taking crazy pills. What the fuck is wrong with you people?

T6he original poster was looking for games that were comparable to the Kings Quest series. To the best of my knowledge they no longer make graphical adventire games, hence my original post. And as far as every console game being born as a PC game you are nuts. These days it's generally the other way around as there is a lot more money to be made by developers for the consoles..
