I saw that. People so touched by the compassion of a dying child are willing to come together and help in his name so that his wish can come true. How awesome is that?

Even though I think that is pretty nice. What pisses me off is the fact that it takes something like this to get people to do something.

Main reason why I despise holidays.

I saw this story on the news as they were doing their food drive, and I was blubbering like a little bitch. You know, as a parent, I'm always questioning whether I'm raising my kids right. This kid's mother should sleep well at night KNOWING what a wonderful little boy she had and the fact that his dying wish was able to help so many people.

Ya gotta love a kid who's dying wish was NOT to meet his fav sports figure, or go to Disneyworld, or some other selfish thing. Ya gotta support a kid like that. We donated an entire thanksgiving feast for 5 or 6 folks at the Fred Myers at Thrasher Corner in Bothell in honor of this kid. Star Radio, Komo news 4 TV, the Bothell Fire Department, Nortwest Harvest and some other folks were there taking food. They had a 26' Ryder truck damn near full of food.

Nice one kid.
It's not the numbers of strings you play that counts....It's the GIRTH.

Bass players make the booty wiggle and the titties giggle.
