Banditos?

Does anyone here have information or personal experiences with the Banditos?
My Cash tribute band played a tavern in Snohomish and a large group of them showed up. The next day some people told me they left when they came in because they made them nervous.

I guess I assumed they were like today’s Hells Angles where they donate toys for kids and do charitable work.
Anything?

All of the Banditos I've run into (mostly on the ferries while riding my Suzuki) have been well spoken and pleasant even though I am riding a metric cruiser while they all have tricked out Harleys. I suppose they are just like any other group of people where the majority are totally cool and there are a handful who give the rest a bad rep.

My buddy's dad is a Bandito and all of the Bandito's that I've met have been really cool guys that get together because of similar interests.

A small group of them came into the bar a few weeks ago durring a ufc fight and I swear the only words that came out (and I mean shouting so 200 people could hear) of a few of their mouths was f*ggot and n*gger. I had never felt to angry or uncomfortable in my life when that started.

I will not support anything associated with them.

Exactly, I've met quite a few and like Chris I don't get a lot of shit for riding my Honda. They do alot for local charity's all over the U.S. So don't let a few of em ruin your opinion of them as a whole.

Don't a few show up at the Central? Or is that another group? I've never seen them tear up the place.

I don't think a "Group" makes an individual. But one must remember "Mob" mentality...actions can be good or bad.

Having personal experience with biker clubs, I can say that, no matter what club you are dealing with, the majority of the people in the club are fairly decent people. They do have their own way of looking at things and you definitely don't want to piss them off. Other than that, most bikers are pretty cool people.

It's no secret that they run the meth business in the northern counties. They also handle a lot of stolen vehicles. You don't want to attract their attention, especially around Granite Falls.

I do believe a few of them hung out at the Central and I believe one of the younger ones use to be a door guy but now does security at S7.

I grew up with bikers all my life, my mom use to be a bartender at a few bars on the "Redwood Run" and I would be in the bar (when they served food) playing Ms. PacMan and they would always give me quarters to play the jukebox cuz I listen to similar music as them when I was a kid.

Most are pretty cool individuals, just don't fuck with them, like several other folks I know. They also came from several walks of life, I knew a doctor out of the bay area and a lawyer from Marin that use to be a part of one the groups. . . you would never tell when they pull up on their Harley's and dirty from the road.

I'm more worried about Asian gangsters. They steal cars, they drive them furiously fast, and as we all know, Asians can't drive well, so that's a ticking time bomb right there.... sweet jesus.

The main reason I ask is..... one of them bought a t-shirt and CD and asked if we play private parties. He explained they are having a party this summer in Granite Falls and would like to book us.

If you are going to play one of their parties, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. You are there to entertain them. Ask the person who books you, "What are the rules?" He will very probably respect that.

Just hope there aren't going to be skin heads mixed into the picture. Been to several biker parties in Granite and whenever the skin heads were there it turned ugly with a quickness!

I'd say go for it. They're probably cool. If they liked you enough to invite you out to do a private party, you will be taken care of, plus you will probably have a great time.

It would be like any party you've ever been invited to play. Watch your shit, don't be a smart ass to the home owner and their friends. Get paid, get laid and get the fuck out.

As you know, any party can turn out bad. Fights and BS always happen. Most likely you are there because they dig what you do. You are their guest. Have a blast. Bikers or not.
