I love Les with Primus but when I saw him with Frog Brigade years ago I just wasn't that impressed. Of course, it was still miles above anything I could do. It just paled in comparison to Primus. I'm a Primus snob.

Me too. I love Les, but he shines a lot brighter when he has Larry and Herb backing him up.

Yes I do agree with each of you in the fact that he is truly on fire when he is with Primus. . but Primus isn't coming to seattle. . .:( Seen them the last two times they came, I wish they would again.

I think it's that he's more focused. Primus is a rock band while everything else he does is more from a jam band stand point.
