Just read Seinlanguage by Jerry Seinfeld and pre-ordered the new limited edition, signed Stephen King. They sold out right after I nabbed 2 of only 1500.

I'm so excited my ovaries exploded! :metalhead

I'm a few pages away from finishing the best book that everybody seems to have already read, and didn't tell me about untill a copy was put into my hands.

This book is hilarious!!!

Val, NO! The audiobook is abridged. They leave out so many chapters. 2 of my favorite chapters were cut out of the audiobook and I can't even begin to express my disappointment.

Too late, bucko. Got it from a friend who loves it & I trust him with all things zombie. I'll read it eventually. It's like watching the movie before reading the book. Chillax. It's on my list. I've got this book I'm reading currently (American Gods) and then 2 more in a series that I want to get through. I really have no time to read, so I'm trying out the ol' audiobook @ work route. Someday....I'll get this one and read it. I really am enjoying the different interviewees...like Alan Alda! :D

Le Morte D'Arthur (again), A Different Mirror (An American history textbook) and some fat-ass picture book with photos of nebulas and planets and shit.

I found the new Dan Brown book to be a disappointment. The twist was easily snuffed out and I just found the whole damn thing boring.

I agree that the plot twist was easy to see through, I just felt the book was a "fun" read. For me, the symbolism is intriguing and interesting. A lot of the stuff he writes about has a factual basis and I'm intrigued and interested in that kind of stuff.
