Okay--it's not really a horror film, despite the advertising blurbs, and Audrey Tautou (AMELIE) is not really the lead, despite the American posters. But you'll want to check out this Stephen Frears film anyway.

Say you're an illegal immigrant with a secret past--you're trying to keep a low profile while working in a British hotel. But your sleazy boss knows you're a doctor.

So what?

So let's say you need to take care of a mess in a room--one of the problems is an overflowing toilet. And the toilet is overflowing because somebody tried to flush a human heart.

And so it begins... why not just see the rest for yourself?
