Anyone see Behind the Music - Pantera last night?
I was never a huge Pantera/Dimebag fan but fuck, the show was pretty darn powerful. The last 15 minutes were comprised of people like Dime's dad, his girlriend, Vinnie Paul and others talking about the shooting (and getting teary) interspersed with tape of the incident itself (pretty much everything but the actual killing) and were intense as hell. Really good filmmaking, very sad and not at all exploitative. Check it out one of the many times it will be on.

Yeah I saw it. Not only was it was a great documentary on Pantera, but it was also a heart wrenching account of Dimebag's murder.

My roommate watched it, he's doesn't even really know shit about Pantera (or metal in general) and he said it was pretty depressing too. I can't even watch pantera videos or listen to the albums without getting bummed out. So i know if i watched that thing i wouldn't make it through it.
