Uhm.... actually in the NFL if the ball is on the line, it's a touchdown. This guy even said it himself: "In the NFL in order for you to score a touchdown you gotta BREAK THE PLAIN DAWG, ITS ON THE LINE."
Dipshit, if it's on the line then it's a touchdown, so by this guy's logic, he DID deserve the ticket.

I imagine with a nice hard resonant plastic like polycarbonate and a precision frequency generator you could do some pretty weird shit with this.
